"How can
customer service be consistent?"
When employees sing
to the same beat of the drum - service is magical. When a beat is missed -
getting back into the rhythm quickly will ensure the customer experience
remains intact. If an employee continuously misses the beat it can ruin the
song for everyone.
"How to cope

"How can I
respond to requests more efficiently?" Keep track of all

these types of requests. Slightly customize the response to meet your clients needs
and send it off.

clients, etc. It's about having an idea and being able to act on that idea
quickly. It's about doing something that you are passionate about every day.
It's about building a brighter future.

"Who should say thank you?" - Espresso with my mentor within
(posted almost 9 years ago)
Every meeting should
be followed by a thank you note. The person who has the most to gain from the
relationship should send the note - the sales person, mentee, job seeker, etc.
Or sometimes you can forget about the rules and just be the one who says thank
you first.
